About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Tamiko Technologies Private Limited ("Tamiko", "we", "us"). They apply when you visit tamiko.club, use the Tamiko app, join the Tamiko Club, or book a Tamiko visit or Discovery Kit. By using Tamiko you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

Tamiko lets you try beauty products at home before you buy them, in two ways:

• Expert Visit: a Tamiko BPC expert brings the sealed full‑size products you chose, along with a tester of each, to your address. You try the testers and buy only what you want to keep.
• Discovery Kit: a kit of samples delivered to you, which you can try in your own time and then order full‑size products from.

Each product shows which way it can be tried. We're launching in stages, starting in Gurugram, so categories, brands and areas will change over time. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a slot or a launch date in your area.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to book a visit or buy products. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.

Booking & visits

• Booking an Expert Visit is free and has no minimum order.
• Please be available at the address and time you chose. An adult must be present for the visit.
• You can reschedule or cancel free of charge before the expert sets out. Repeated no‑shows may limit future bookings.
• Experts carry a limited set of products and testers. If something you chose is unavailable, we'll tell you before the visit where possible.
• Testers and all products you don't buy remain Tamiko's property and leave with the expert.
• We may decline or end a visit if the expert's safety or comfort is at risk.

Discovery Kits

• Discovery Kits may carry a fee, shown before you order.
• Where we say so, the kit fee is returned as credit against a later full‑size order, subject to the conditions shown with the kit (such as a validity period).
• Samples are for personal trial only and are not for resale.
• Rewards, points or games linked to kits have no cash value and may change or end with notice.

Prices & payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You pay for the products you decide to keep at the end of the visit, through the payment methods we offer.
• You'll receive a tax invoice for every purchase.
• If a price shown is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll tell you before you pay and you can choose not to buy.

Returns & replacements

Because you try products before paying, products you buy are final sale once the seal is opened. If a sealed product you bought is damaged, defective, expired or different from what you paid for, tell us within 48 hours of the visit or delivery at contact@tamiko.club, and we'll replace it or refund you. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days of approval.

Product safety

Products are sourced from brands and their authorised sellers. Ingredient lists are available for every product, and you should check them before trying. Tell your expert about any allergy or sensitivity before you try anything. Our experts give product and application guidance, not medical or dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition, consult a qualified professional first. Stop using any product that causes irritation.

Conduct

Our experts are guests in your home and deserve respect. Harassment, abuse or unsafe behaviour toward an expert will end the visit immediately and may lead to your account being closed. Please don't misuse the service, attempt to keep testers or unpurchased products, or interfere with tamiko.club.

Liability

We take care to run Tamiko well, but the site and service are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Tamiko isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that can't be limited by law.

All content on tamiko.club, including the Tamiko name and design, belongs to Tamiko Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Brand names and products belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
